We want you to love your Critical Role gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
